Full Bath Soak
Add 1–2 cups to warm running bath water. Soak for at least 20 minutes, 2–3 times per week.
Foot Soak
Dissolve ½ cup in a basin of warm water. Soak feet 15–20 minutes.
Storage
Keep bag sealed in a cool, dry place.
