In cool temps may need to hold stick on skin until soft enough to glide. Comes in a 2 fl. oz. twist-up dispenser. When first changing from antiperspirant to deodorant, use "Detox Mask" clay drawing mask (grab it here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/772761702/detox-mask-face-cleansing-detox-your?ref=shop_home_active_1) on armpits 2-3 times weekly, to help your body purge the impurities that have been trapped for years! Drink plenty of water, and sweat as much as you can! The transition will last 2-4 weeks depending on your body! And then you will feel soo much better, now that your natural detox systems are flowing again!!
